UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is free for all orders. Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours via Royal Mail 2nd class mail. Normal delivery times are between 3-5 working days.

Allmost all of our products except bigger packages are sent in letterbox friendly packaging, which means that you don't have to wait at your address for delivery.

International Delivery

Vitalifenatura.com now ships worldwide.

For international delivery postages surcharges apply. This will be displayed at the checkout prior to payment.

International orders are sent using Royal Mail Airmail, delivery times are usually 5-10 working days.

Our prices do not include local taxes and tariffs which may apply in your region. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from Vitalifenatura.com , you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Lost Or Damaged Goods

For any lost goods please contact our customer services at support@vitalifenatura.com

Please Note: Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of despatch, we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.

If you find your goods to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a full refund or replacement if the product is returned (within 30 days after the delivery date). We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product we offer a 'no quibble' refund or exchange for your item.  

To do so please:

You must notify us of any returns via this email:support@vitalifenatura.com before sending back any items.

Returns must be notified with 30 days of receiving your items.

Items must be unused, unopened, in all the original packaging with all seals intact to receive a full refund.                                                                                   
You cannot cancel your order or demand a refund once you have opened the product containers or packaging, or if you have used the product.

We will process the refund back to the original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item.

Please note, we do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged when being returned to us, to avoid problems ensure you pack the items securely, keep a proof of postage receipt from the post office or send the items back to us via a tracked/recorded service which insures the value of your goods.
